Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Brewwwup, a service operated by Discursive OÜ, an Estonian limited company ("Brewwwup", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Brewwwup reads a product page and public brand pages you point it to, helps you confirm the facts on them, and drafts pages (stories, guides and comparisons) that you can edit and publish. A page is written from the facts you confirmed; you decide what goes live.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate information. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.
3. What you may submit
Submit only pages, products and brands you own or are entitled to promote. Brewwwup reads public pages only; it does not bypass logins, paywalls or CAPTCHAs, and you must not use it to do so. You are responsible for having the right to use any text, picture or brand material you add.
4. Pages are yours to check
Drafts are generated by AI from the facts you confirm. Brewwwup flags statements it cannot tie to a confirmed fact, but a flag is not a guarantee and the absence of one is not an approval. You are responsible for reviewing every page before publishing it and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the claims it makes, including health, safety, price and comparison claims.
Pages published with Brewwwup are brand-authored content. Do not present them as independent journalism, and follow the advertising disclosure rules of the channels you send traffic from.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Brewwwup to:
- publish fake reviews, fabricated testimonials or invented endorsements;
- publish deceptive urgency, false scarcity, or unsupported health, safety or financial claims;
- impersonate a person or organization, or imitate a news outlet;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or publish unlawful content;
- probe, overload or attempt to break the service, or resell access without our consent.
We may unpublish pages and suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans and billing
- A free allowance lets you try the service. Publishing needs a paid plan.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel.
- Plans include limits (articles, published pages, brands and Ask Brew tasks per period). They are described on the pricing page and enforced by the service.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops new generation and publishing at the end of the period you paid for. Pages published under a plan are unpublished when the subscription ends.
- Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you. Taxes may be added where required.
- Unless the law gives you a right to one, payments are not refundable for a period already started.
7. Your content and ours
You keep the rights to what you submit and to the pages you create. You give Brewwwup a licence to host, process and display that content to run the service for you, including serving the pages you publish. Subject to your rights in your inputs, you may use the output as your own.
The service, its software, design and branding belong to Discursive OÜ and its licensors. These terms do not transfer them to you.
8. Third-party services
Brewwwup relies on providers for reading pages, generating text and pictures, payments and email. They are listed in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice where a change materially affects you.
10. Termination
You may stop using Brewwwup and delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law. Sections that by nature should survive (content rights, liability, governing law) do.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Discursive OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost traffic, or for the content of pages you publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will tell you in the service or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use Brewwwup after a change means you accept it.
